- Plans are billed monthly on the 5th and require a six-month minimum term.
- Plans may be canceled after the initial six-month term.
- Beauty Bank plans are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
- Banked dollars are valid for Simply MedSpa services and products only.
- No final-month pro-ration; plan subscriptions are non-refundable.
- Monthly contributions are valid for nine months from each contribution date.
- Remaining balance after cancellation is usable for one year from cancellation date.
- Treatment access is subject to availability and may change.
